We build this hard case from copolymer polypropylene blended with glass fiber to keep water and dust off your gear. Inside, thick convoluted foam grips a rifle, shotgun, or handguns to prevent shifting during transit. The latches close tight and accept your own padlocks at the reinforced points.

• Molded outer shell. We mold the body from polypropylene and glass fiber. The walls resist impact on the road, while the perimeter seal blocks out rain and workshop dust during long storage.
• Convoluted interior foam. Thick peaks of open-cell and closed-cell foam press down from both lids. The material cushions long barrels, optics, and handguns so parts do not knock together.
• Lockable latch points. Heavy latches pull the lid tight against the base. Reinforced holes beside each latch allow you to add padlocks, keeping the contents closed and deterring casual access.
• Travel and care. Wipe the outer plastic with a damp rag when it gathers mud. Let the inner foam dry fully in open air if damp gear sits inside after a wet morning.
