A piece that does not sit right should go back, and the road back is the same road it came by: our retail partner’s return process, started from your order page there.

How it goes

• Open your order page at the partner and choose the return option next to the piece.
• The page states the return window and terms for that listing, prints the label and names the drop-off.
• Once the parcel is received and checked, your money makes its way back by the same route you paid, on the partner’s schedule.

What we ask of you

If the reason for the return is a card of ours that oversold or misnamed something, tell the workshop through the contact page. The return itself will not move any faster - it never touches us - but the next card will be more honest for it.

Do not send parcels to the workshop. There is no counter here to receive them, and a piece sent to us instead of the partner only slows your own return down.
