Where the paper mail lands

That is a mail slot in an office building, nothing more. There is no counter, nothing to try on, and nobody at the door to sign for a box. Letters reach us there; a returning piece belongs with our retail partner, started from your order page.

Questions that belong to the counter

Orders, payment, parcels and returns live with our retail partner, because the purchase happens on their pages. Your order page there has the live status and every button you need; we cannot see your order at all, and answering about it would be guessing.
