How a parcel travels
- Who packs
- Our retail partner
- Speeds and costs
- Shown at their checkout
- Wrong thing in the box
- Write to the workshop
Every piece under the mark is sold through our retail partner, so every parcel is packed, labeled and handed to the carrier by them, not by us. The workshop never touches the box your piece arrives in.
What that means in practice
- Delivery speeds and costs are calculated at the partner’s checkout, from your address and the options you pick there.
- The tracking number, when there is one, appears on your order page at the partner, and updates there.
- Delivery questions in flight - a stalled parcel, a wrong address, a missed door - are settled fastest from that same order page.
What we can add
If a piece arrives and the thing in the box does not match the card you read here - the wrong purity, a different pattern, foam where there should be silk - write to the workshop through the contact page. We cannot move parcels, but we can fix cards, and we want to know.
