We mold this shell from black polypropylene to take rough transit. The interior measures over 53 inches long, fitted with convoluted foam in the lid and closed cell polyethylene along the base. A rubber perimeter gasket keeps moisture out when the latches clamp down tight.

• Shell and roller wheels. Thick polypropylene walls take knocks on the way to the range. Solid roller wheels set into the base let you pull the long frame behind you instead of carrying the entire nine pounds by hand.
• Convoluted and closed cell foam. The top half holds convoluted egg crate foam that presses down over your firearm. Beneath it lies dense polyethylene foam that supports the receiver and barrel without bottoming out under heavy weight.
• Gasket and pressure valve. A continuous rubber gasket seals the rim when the latches close. We built in a manual pressure release valve beside the handle so you can open the lid after altitude shifts without fighting a vacuum.
• Latches and padlock points. Snap latches pull the rim against the rubber seal with firm mechanical leverage. Reinforced holes molded along the edge accept your own padlocks to deter casual hands when the case sits in storage.
