We cut this chain at thirty-two inches from solid stainless steel links shaped like small ingots. Each link is four millimeters thick and polished smooth across every facet. It hangs long enough to pull straight over your head or pair with a heavy pendant.

• Stainless steel build. We build this piece from solid stainless steel rather than brass or zinc alloy. The metal resists tarnishing from daily sweat or tap water and holds its silver tone across years of regular wear without replating.
• Ingot link shape. Each link is pressed with flat rectangular facets resembling miniature ingots. The squared edges catch overhead light differently than standard round cable links, giving the four millimeter wide strand a clean, geometric profile.
• Thirty-two inch length. At eighty-one centimeters long, the necklace drops low on the chest. You can wear it solo over a dark shirt, tuck it inside an open collar, or string a heavy bail directly onto the strand.
• Surface care. Stainless steel requires very little upkeep at the bench. Wipe the links with a soft cotton cloth to lift surface oils, and rinse with mild soap and warm water whenever the chain needs a deeper wash.
