Black fabric petals are shaped and assembled by hand at our flower bench. The bloom measures 5.12 inches by 4.13 inches, built with a dual backing that includes both a pin stem and an alligator clip. You can pin it to a jacket lapel or clip it directly into an updo for Derby gatherings.

• Layered petal construction. Each petal is cut from black fabric and heat-formed to hold its curved shape. We layer the pieces from the center out so the bloom keeps its height of nearly three inches without flattening.
• Dual pin and clip back. The back plate carries a standard brooch pin alongside a spring clip. Fasten the pin through heavy coat wool or slip the clip into a hat band and twisted hair sections.
• Lapels and Derby hats. The proportions suit wide lapels, structured fascinator hats, and gathered updos. It adds dark floral structure to linen jackets or formal race-day attire.
• Storage and petal care. Store the bloom upright in a sturdy box away from moisture and direct sun. If the fabric petals gather dust, brush them lightly with a soft makeup brush.
